the cleaning crew was responsive and always left extras such as tea, coffee, and bottled water. they responded immediately day or night, and that was really helpful. the el greco restaurant was just as good! the hostess, servers, and manager were pleasant and attentive. the food was great and plentiful.
i booked a non-smoking room, but i received a smoking room instead. the hotel claimed none of the rooms are smoking rooms, yet the one i was in stank of cigarettes. the duty manager said they could not move me because the hotel was fully booked.

the room was clean and modern. i would stay again. the pool area is very nice. the staff was helpful, especially adell and tohfa, (they were always ready to assist).
i booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarettes. the hotel claimed that none of the rooms are smoking rooms. i could hear everything happening in the corridors.

i am grateful for the excellent service! the staff showed kindness and support. rehab and sameh were especially helpful. i found the hotel clean. i also appreciated the good food.
the breakfast menu felt limited! i found it did not particularly suit children.
